		<description>I challenged myself to leave the bars in the fridge overnight, untouched, before slicing.  That was a difficult task but kept them solid enough not to melt while slicing.  The next day, I ran hot water over a knife for a few minutes, dried off the knife, and began slicing.  I had to repeat this process over and over while cutting out the maple leaf.  I created a maple leaf template out of poster board and rested it over the bars while I was cutting.</description>
