		<description>I substituted the applesauce for part of the canola oil in the original recipe.  If you don&#039;t have 1/2 cup applesauce you could use 1/4 cup oil and another 1/4 cup of mashed strawberries instead.  I hope you like it!</description>

		<description>This is absolutely perfect - I&#039;ve got both strawberries and blueberries and would love to make this delicious bread today!  I don&#039;t have apple sauce but I think I can make a quick one with the few apples I have!    Thanks for sharing this recipe!</description>
